Stock & Shipping
Please note that because we offer such a large range of parts and stock turnaround is high, it is not possible to keep a stock of all parts listed in our catalogue. As soon as your products are shipped you will be sent an e-mail. The shipping date will depend on stock of the ordered products and the time required obtaining them from manufacturers. You will be advised about expected date of dispatch.
All orders will have Insurance as standard or higher if order totals over £250.00. Delivery of high value items will require a signature upon receipt. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery but items will be despatched as soon as payment has cleared

Damaged Goods
All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit. Should a product arrive damaged please contact us within 24hrs.
Undelivered/Lost Goods
If after 30 working days not including the date your order was dispatched your good/s are still undelivered please contact us by email.
Missing Goods
All orders are considered correct and complete after they have been delivered to the customer and accepted for 24 hours so please make sure you fully check your order when it arrives. Please contact us within 24hrs regarding any shortage claims.

Customer Responsibility
The customer is expected to take reasonable care when using any product we provide, the customer is expected to take reasonable care when fitting any product provided by us. It is the customers responsibility to decide if they have the ability to fit or use any product we provide, we will not replace or refund any product damaged by the customer and damaged goods returned deemed to have been damaged by the customer will only be returned at the customers expense, if this is not paid then the goods will be stored for a period of 30 days has passed or return payment costs have been made (whichever is sooner) after which time they will be disposed of to cover storage costs. We are not responsible for any misprints, typographical errors or any costs associated with the installation of any products. Absolutely no refunds on any products we supply. No Returns after 30 days of the date on your order. Cancellations of orders are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Product Images
We endeavour to keep all images as a true representation of the goods supplied but in some cases it is necessary for a product to get a true representation of its use it has to be shown with additional items or parts so please refer to the product description to get a true representation of the goods supplied, if the description is not clear or you are not clear of exactly what is supplied with your purchase then please tender a support question or e-mail which will be answered as soon as is possible. If for any reason you are unsure about a produce image or description please email us.
Goods returned to us
If after a period of time goods may be returned to us as either undelivered, uncollected, unknown address, refused or for any other similar reason they will be stored by us for a maximum of 6 months. A fixed charge of £4.50 for re-postage of the goods will also apply for goods over £5 in value. Goods under £5.00 in value bear a charge of £1.50 for reposting.
Payment Methods
Nochex, Cheque or Postal Order. If you would like to pay by paypal, please email us & we will explain our terms regarding paypal payment. Please email and inform us if paying by cheque or postal order before posting payment.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods. Refunds are made within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a refund. Buyer must send notice of return via email to info@greatvaluejewellery.com. The Buyer must state the following details in their correspondence:
1. Full Name and Address
2. Order reference number
3. Method of payment
The Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller via a receipted delivery service at the Buyer's cost, in pristine condition, undamaged or fitted, with all original boxing and relevant receipts and documentation. Goods returned remain the responsibility of the Buyer until they have been confirmed as received by the Seller; it is therefore advised that all returns be insured in transit for the full amount stated on the original invoice.
